1. Acceptance of terms
By registering and using D-Promos, you accept these terms. If you represent a company, you warrant that you are authorized to accept on its behalf.
2. Service description
D-Promos is a digital signage SaaS platform for points of sale. The service includes a cloud dashboard, content management, and (depending on plan) queue management, POP digital, and digital menus.
3. Subscription and payment
The service is billed monthly per active screen. Prices may change with 30 days notice. Service is suspended if payment is not received within 10 business days.
4. Acceptable use
The service may not be used to publish illegal, defamatory, violent, or third-party rights-infringing content. D-Promos reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
5. Intellectual property
D-Promos software, design, and brand are property of D-Consulting Inc. Content you upload to the platform is yours; you grant us a license to display it on your screens.
6. Limitation of liability
D-Promos is not responsible for service interruptions beyond its control (power outages, internet failures, force majeure). Monthly SLA is 99.5%.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States. For disputes, the parties submit to the competent courts of San Diego County.
