Real results, not promises

A measured case from a 130-store chain plus industry references — every figure with its source.

Measured real case

Fast-food chain, 130 stores — the ticker that showed sports now sells products

The challenge

80% of sales came from 20% of the products: the ones people already knew. The rest didn't sell because nobody knew they existed.

What we did

We used the info ticker (where sports scores used to run) for a loop of 14 slow-moving products at 10% off: image, original price struck through and new price. It ran for 2 months.

The result

+7.5% in sales of those 14 products in just 2 months. It became policy: rotate slow-moving products every 3 months, with sustained results.

Real case measured by D-Promos, shown anonymously at the client's request. Results vary by business.

Why it works

People don't walk every aisle hunting for deals: they go for what they need. Where they actually have time and attention is in the waiting moments —checkout, counters, lines— right in front of the screen.

D-Promos puts the right information in that moment to drive the in-store purchase decision: it surfaces what the customer didn't know existed and lifts the average ticket.
