Audience Analytics analyzes the demographic profile of the person in front of the screen and, based on that profile, inserts the most relevant banner outside the normal loop.

AI detects the audience
Computer vision analyzes the profile in real time — no images or personal data are stored.
Automatic trigger
The system inserts the most relevant tagged ad for the detected audience, breaking the scheduled loop when appropriate.

Questions about AI in D-Promos
Does AI store images of my customers?
No. Audience Analytics analyzes the demographic profile in real time and discards it immediately. No images or personal data from your customers are stored.
How many AI voices can I use for queue calls?
You can generate as many audio files as you have terminals — a different voice per register, office, or window. The audio is saved and plays every time the next ticket is called.
Do I need design skills to generate banners with AI?
No. The AI chat in the publishing form guides you: describe the promo in plain language and the system generates the banner. You can adjust it up to 2 times before publishing.
Does the audience AI replace my content loop?
It doesn't replace it — it enhances it. Your loop keeps running normally. The AI only inserts a relevant ad outside the schedule when it detects an audience that matches the tags of a banner.
Do all AI features cost extra?
No. AI queue audio is included with D-Queue at no extra cost. Audience Analytics (audience-triggered ads) and AI banner generation are add-ons available on Pro and Enterprise plans.
